Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or a minor using the Platform with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
3. Licence to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use iKeyboard for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app.
4. Your content
You own the stickers and content you create. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any photos you use, and that your content is lawful.
You must not use iKeyboard to create or share content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes anyone's rights.
5. Third-party content
GIFs, stickers and other media may be provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content.
6. Limitation of liability
iKeyboard is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, strongmetrics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data arising from your use of the Platform.
7. Termination
You may stop using iKeyboard at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform.
8. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India, or the High Courts / Supreme Court of India as applicable.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
